摘要
目的探讨甘精胰岛素联合利拉鲁肽对2型糖尿病并肥胖症患者血糖与血脂的调控作用。方法将83例2型糖尿病并肥胖症患者随机分为两组,对照组应用甘精胰岛素治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用利拉鲁肽治疗。比较两组的血糖、血脂水平和不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,观察组血糖水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组HDL-C水平高于对照组,TG、TC、LDL-C水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论甘精胰岛素联合利拉鲁肽治疗2型糖尿病并肥胖症的效果较好,可显著调控患者血糖与血脂水平,减少不良反应。
Objective To explore the regulation effect of insulin glargine combined with liraglutide on blood glucose and blood lipid in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with obesity.Methods 83 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with obesity were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with insulin glargine,and the observation group was treated with liraglutide on the basis of the control group.The blood glucose and blood lipid levels,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the blood glucose levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the HDL-C level of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the TG,TC and LDL-C levels were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).No statistical difference was found in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Insulin glargine combined with liraglutide has better effect in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus and obesity,which can significantly regulate the blood glucose and blood lipid levels of patients,and reduce the adverse reactions.
