摘要
通过国外某大型石化项目海水冷却系统设计,对海水直流冷却及海水循环冷却2种设计方案进行比较,从工艺流程、平面布置、构筑物设置、设备选型及投资估算等方面进行探讨,分析了设计中注意事项,以及设计中遇到的重难点问题,总结出相关思路及经验,以供类似项目参考。
Through the design of the seawater cooling system of a foreign large-scale petrochemical project,2 design schemes:seawater once-through cooling and seawater circulating cooling were compared from aspects of process flow,plane layout,structures setting up,equipment selection,investment estimation,and so on.The matters needing attention as well as the important and difficult problems encountered in the design were analyzed;besides,the relevant ideas and experience were summarized,which provided reference for similar projects.
