摘要
方剂是中医学防治疾病的基本措施之一,其整体功效与疾病的病机相对应,以调节机体整体平衡。脉诊的目的是通过诊察脉象之所得,总结梳理病因、病机,服务于疾病的判断分析和治疗过程。通过脉象特征分析,可以推导疾病的病因、病机、预后转归,从而确定治则治法与方剂药物。脉象和方剂在病机方面存在明确的内在契合关系,通过分析此关系,临床可以达到“证从脉出,方随证立”的目的。系统辨证脉学以其客观实在性,在揭示潜在病因病机、状态性病因病机等方面有其自身的优势,分析推理结果可以直接作为选择方药、调整药味、剂量和配伍关系的依据,从而建立全新的脉方相应新模式。
Formula is one of the basic measures for the prevention and treatment of diseases in traditional Chinese medicine,and its overall efficacy corresponds to the pathogenesis of the disease,so as to regulate the overall balance of the body.The purpose of pulse diagnosis is to summarize the etiology and pathogenesis of the disease through pulse examination,so as to serve the judgment analysis and treatment process of the disease.Through the analysis of pulse characteristics,the etiology,pathogenesis and prognosis of the disease can be deduced,in order to determine the treatment principles,methods,formulas and medicines.There is a clear internal fit relationship between pulse condition and formula in terms of pathogenesis.By analyzing this relationship,the purpose of“syndrome from pulse,followed by formula”can be achieved clinically.Systematic sphygmology for syndrome differentiation has its own advantages in revealing potential etiology and pathogenesis,state etiology and pathogenesis,etc.The analysis and inference results can be directly used as the basis for selecting formula and medicine,adjusting medicine,dosage and compatibility,so as to establish a new model of correspondence between pulse and formula.
