摘要
文章旨在研究不同化学处理对机收玉米秸秆营养成分及饲用价值的影响。试验共分为4组,对照组喷洒清水,其余3组分别喷洒5%氢氧化钠溶液(碱化处理组)、5%尿素溶液(氨化处理组)、5%氢氧化钠+5%尿素溶液(复合化学处理组),常温密封7 d后,每组采集5份小样烘干待测。结果显示:(1)复合化学处理组玉米秸秆的粗脂肪含量显著高于对照组(P <0.05),3个不同化学处理组玉米秸秆的粗蛋白质含量显著高于对照组(P <0.05),复合化学处理组玉米秸秆的中性洗涤纤维含量显著低于对照组(P <0.05);(2)复合化学处理组DMI和RFV显著高于对照组(P <0.05),复合化学处理组GI显著高于碱化处理组、氨化处理组(P <0.05),且碱化处理组、氨化处理组GI显著高于对照组(P <0.05),4组玉米秸秆的营养品质分级分别为二级、二级、二级、一级。结论 :不同化学处理均能改善机收玉米秸秆的营养价值,其中喷洒5%氢氧化钠+5%尿素溶液(复合化学处理)时,机收玉米秸秆的营养成分及饲用价值更佳。
This experiment aims to investigate the effects of different chemical treatments on the nutritional composition and feeding value of machine harvested corn straw.The experiment was divided into four groups.The control group was sprayed with clean water,while the other three groups were sprayed with 5%sodium hydroxide solution(alkalization treatment group),5%urea solution(ammonification treatment group),and 5% sodium hydroxide+5%urea solution(composite chemical treatment group).After being sealed at room temperature for 7 days,5 small samples were collected from each group and dried for testing.The results showed that:1)The crude fat content of corn straw in the composite chemical treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the crude protein content of corn straw in three different chemical treatment groups was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The neutral detergent fiber content of corn straw in the composite chemical treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).2)The DMI and RFV of the composite chemical treatment group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the GI of the composite chemical treatment group was significantly higher than that of the alkaline treatment group and the ammonia treatment group(P<0.05).Moreover,the GI of the alkaline treatment group and the ammonia treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The nutritional quality grades of the four groups of corn straw were Grade II,Grade II,Grade II,and Grade I,respectively.Conclusion:Different chemical treatments can improve the nutritional value of machine harvested corn stover.Among them,when spraying 5% sodium hydroxide+5% urea solution(composite chemical treatment),the nutritional composition and feeding value of machine harvested corn stover are better.
