基于有限元仿真确定重卡变速箱斜齿轮装配误差

Determination of Helical Gear Assembly Error of Heavy Truck Transmission Based on Finite Element Simulation

摘要 为解决斜齿轮在装配过程中由于误差导致变速箱齿轮副在实际运行中齿根出现裂纹和断裂现象,进而导致变速箱无法稳定运行的问题.基于Pro/E三维建模软件构建了斜齿轮副的三维模型及其存在两轴不平行和齿侧间隙对应的模型,并分别对两种情况下对应的静态接触应力和动态接触应力进行分析,以此确定了重卡变速箱斜齿轮装配时两轴不平度和齿侧间隙的误差,指导实际的装配操作. In order to solve the problem that the helical gears are assembled with errors that cause cracks and breaks on the tooth roots of the gears in the actual operation of the gearbox,which leads to the inability of the gearbox to operate stably,we constructed the helical gears based on Pro/E three-dimensional modeling software.Based on Pro/E three-dimensional modeling soft constructed the three-dimensional model of helical gear vice and its existence of two-axis non-parallelism and tooth side clearance corresponding to the model,and analyzed the corresponding static contact stress and dynamic contact stress in the two cases,so as to determine the error of two-axis non-parallelism and tooth side clearance during the assembly of helical gears of heavy truck transmissions,and to guide the actual assembly operation.
