禽沙门菌疫苗研究进展

摘要 沙门菌是一种兼性胞内革兰阴性病原菌,可引起人和动物局部性或系统性感染,其感染能引起禽类的多种疾病,对养禽业造成严重危害。多年来,使用抗生素一直是控制沙门菌感染的主要策略,然而鉴于家禽中多重耐药沙门菌的不断增加,安全有效的沙门菌疫苗的研发越来越受到重视。沙门菌疫苗能够调节禽体内炎症相关细胞因子及盲肠巨噬细胞的表达,减少沙门菌的定植从而降低公共卫生风险。现综述并探讨了家禽中主要有效的沙门菌疫苗及其候选疫苗,为后续沙门菌疫苗的研究提供经验与新思路。重点关注各类禽沙门菌疫苗的研发进展及优缺点,国内外已上市和取得专利的禽沙门菌疫苗,以及研发新型沙门菌疫苗策略的着重点。 Salmonella is a facultative intracellular Gram-negative pathogen,which can cause local or systemic infections in humans and animals.Its infection can cause many diseases of poultry and cause serious harm to poultry industry.For many years,the use of antibiotics has been the main strategy to control Salmonella infection.However,in view of the increasing number of multidrug-resistant Salmonella in poultry,the research and development of safe and effective Salmonella vaccine has attracted more and more attention.Salmonella vaccine can regulate the expression of inflammatory cytokines and cecal macrophages in poultry,reduce Salmonella colonization and reduce public health risks.In this paper,the main effective Salmonella vaccines and their candidate vaccines in poultry were reviewed and discussed,which provided experience and new ideas for the follow-up study of Salmonella vaccines.It focuses on the development progress,advantages and disadvantages of various Salmonella vaccines,domestic and foreign marketed and patented avian Salmonella vaccines and the key point of developing new Salmonella vaccine strategy.
