摘要
为有效控制采动压力影响下的巷道失稳变形问题,以张集煤矿1221(3)W工作面为工程背景,通过采用理论分析、FLAC~(3D)数值模拟及现场实验的方法开展深埋矿井切顶卸压保护底板采区大巷技术研究。通过现场试验,提出了一种针对张集煤矿上覆煤层坚硬顶板的卸压技术方案。研究表明,切顶卸压爆破方式能够更加有效地阻隔上覆岩层与所支护巷道的应力传递,减弱上组煤层开采的动压影响,使底板采区大巷处于低应力环境,从而减小底板巷道的围岩变形。
In order to effectively control the roadway instability deformation under the influence of mining pressure,taking the 1221(3)W working face of Zhangji Coal mine as the engineering background,theoretical analysis,FLAC 3D numerical simulation,and on-site experiments were used to carry out technical research on deep buried mine roof cutting pressure relief protection for the main roadway in the floor mining area.Based on the field test,a technical scheme of pressure relief for the hard roof of overlying coal seam in Zhangji Coal Mine was put forward.The research shows that the roof cutting pressure relief blasting method can more effectively block the stress transfer between the overlying rock layer and the supported roadway.,weaken the dynamic pressure influence of coal mining in the upper group,and make the main roadway in the floor mining area in a low stress environment,thus reducing the surrounding rock deformation of the floor roadway.
