摘要
目的分析糖化血红蛋白及尿微量白蛋白在糖尿病肾病诊断中的价值。方法随机选取2020年1月—2023年1月江苏省苏州市市立医院收治的60例糖尿病肾病患者作为观察组,按照疾病严重程度分为轻度、中度、重度三个亚组,选取同时期在本院治疗的60例糖尿病未发生肾损伤患者作为对照1组,同时期健康体检人员60名为对照2组,三组均接受糖化血红蛋白及尿微量白蛋白检测。比较三组糖化血红蛋白及尿微量白蛋白水平,以及观察组不同疾病严重程度的糖尿病肾病患者三亚组糖化血红蛋白及尿微量白蛋白水平。结果观察组糖尿病肾病患者糖化血红蛋白及尿微量白蛋白水平最高、对照2组健康人群水平最低(P<0.05);轻度组糖化血红蛋白及尿微量白蛋白水平低于中、重度组,且中度组低于重度组(P<0.05)。结论在临床诊断中,医务人员对糖尿病患者检测糖化血红蛋白及尿微量白蛋白水平,可以对糖尿病肾病进行早期诊断或判断病情的严重程度。
Objective To analyze the value of glycosylated hemoglobin and urinary microalbumin in the diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy.Methods A total of 60 diabetic nephropathy patients admitted to Suzhou Municipal Hospital,Jiangsu Province from January 2020 to January 2023 were randomly selected as the observation group,and divided into three subgroups according to the severity of the disease:mild group,moderate group and severe group.60 diabetic patients without kidney damage treated in our hospital during the same period were selected as control group 1.During the same period,60 healthy physical examination subjects were divided into control group 2,and all the three groups received HBA1c and urinary microalbumin detection.The levels of HBA1c and urinary microalbumin in the three groups were compared,and the levels of HBA1c and urinary microalbumin in the Sanya group of diabetic nephropathy patients with different disease severity were observed.Results The levels of HBA1c and urinary microalbumin in diabetic nephropathy patients in observation group were the highest,and the levels of healthy people in control group were the lowest(P<0.05).The levels of HBA1c and urinary microalbumin in mild group were lower than those in moderate and severe groups,and moderate group was lower than those in severe group(P<0.05).Conclusions In the clinical diagnosis of diabetic patients,the level of glycosylated hemoglobin and urinary microalbumin can be detected by medical staff,which can make early diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy or judge the severity of the disease.
