翠碧一号不同部位物理特性及化学成分差异研究

Study on the Differences in Physical Properties and Chemical Composition of CB-1 Tobacco Leaves from Different Parts

摘要 以福建省龙岩市连城县标准化生产管理烟田烤后烟叶为试验材料,对样品化学成分、物理特性进行检测,采用描述性统计、变异系数分析、偏态峰和峰度分析及差异显著性分析等方法来分析研究翠碧一号烟叶不同部位的主要物理和化学特性。物理特性分析表明,翠碧一号烟叶的厚度、含梗率、拉力、叶梗分离力、剪切力、穿透力和黏附力在3个不同部位间存在显著差异。上部烟叶在这些物理指标上普遍优于中部和下部烟叶。具体来说,上部烟叶的厚度比下部烟叶厚53.60μm,拉力高1.94 N,叶梗分离力高0.41N,剪切力高0.79 N,穿透力高0.50 N,黏附力高0.74 N。而含梗率以下部烟叶最高。化学成分分析显示,水溶性总糖、还原糖、烟碱、总氮和钾的含量在不同部位间也存在显著差异。中部烟叶的水溶性总糖和还原糖含量最高,下部烟叶次之,上部烟叶最低。烟碱和总氮含量则以上部烟叶最高,中部烟叶次之,下部烟叶最低。钾含量以下部烟叶最高,中部烟叶次之,上部烟叶最低。这些结果提供了翠碧一号烟叶不同部位特性的重要信息,为烟叶的分级和加工利用提供了科学依据。 Using the standardized tobacco fields in Liancheng County,Longyan City,Fujian Province as the experimental material,the chemical composition and physical properties of the tobacco leaves after curing were tested.Methods such as descriptive statistics,coefficient of variation analysis,skewness and kurtosis analysis,and significance of difference analysis were employed to study the main physical and chemical properties of the different parts of the CB-1 tobacco leaves.The physical property analysis showed that there were significant differences in the thickness,stem content,tensile strength,leaf-stem separation force,shear force,penetration force,and adhesion force of the CB-1 tobacco leaves among the three different parts.The upper leaves were generally superior in these physical indicators compared to the middle and lower leaves.Specifically,the thickness of the upper leaves was 53.60μm thicker than that of the lower leaves,the tensile strength was 1.94 N higher,the leaf-stem separation force was 0.41 N higher,the shear force was 0.79 N higher,the penetration force was 0.50 N higher,and the adhesion force was 0.74 N higher.However,the stem content was highest in the lower leaves.Chemical composition analysis revealed that there were significant differences in the content of water-soluble total sugar,reducing sugar,nicotine,total nitrogen,and potassium among the different parts.The middle leaves had the highest content of water-soluble total sugar and reducing sugar,followed by the lower leaves,and the upper leaves had the lowest.The nicotine and total nitrogen content were highest in the upper leaves,followed by the middle leaves,and the lower leaves had the lowest.The potassium content was highest in the lower leaves,followed by the middle leaves,and the upper leaves had the lowest.These results provided important information about the characteristics of different parts of the CB-1 tobacco leaves and offer a scientific basis for the grading and processing and utilization of tobacco leaves.
