高性能微波铁氧体陶瓷材料的研究进展

摘要 铁氧体材料中含有大量的铁离子和氧离子,可通过磁性相互作用形成强磁性,使材料具有高温稳定性和高饱和磁化强度等。随着技术的发展,微波铁氧体材料已成为通讯设施和军用设备中不可或缺的材料,并要求具有低损耗、高功率、高频段等特点。本文总结了微波铁氧体的物理机理,介绍了多种微波铁氧体陶瓷材料如嵌套型微波铁氧体陶瓷材料、高介电常数微波铁氧体陶瓷、自偏置型微波铁氧体陶瓷材料等的特点和研究进展,并对未来微波铁氧体陶瓷材料的发展方向进行了分析。 Ferrite materials contained a large number of iron and oxygen ions,through magnetic interaction to form strong magnetism,so that the material had high temperature stability and high saturation magnetization characteristics.With the development of technology,the microwave ferrite materials became an indispensable material in communication facilities and military equipment,and gradually required low loss,high power,and high frequency band characteristics.In this paper,the physical mechanism of microwave ferrite and the research progress of many kinds of microwave ferrite ceramic materials in recent years were summarized,included the characteristics and research progress of nested microwave ferrite ceramic materials,high dielectric constant microwave ferrite ceramic materials and self-biased microwave ferrite ceramic materials,the future development of microwave ferrite ceramic materials was analyzed.
