定量分布PVA纤维增强水泥基复合材料连续梁抗弯性能数值模拟

Numerical simulation of flexural properties of adaptively distributed PVA fiber reinforced cement-based composites continuous beams

摘要 纤维增强是有效改善水泥基复合材料抗拉性能的方法之一,掺加聚乙烯醇(Polyvinyl Alcohol Fiber,PVA)纤维可以提高水泥基复合材料的抗裂性能和韧性,根据构件拉应力大小配制PVA纤维体积掺量,即定量分布PVA纤维,能够充分发挥纤维的增强作用。为研究PVA纤维定量分布的增强机理,开展了定量分布PVA纤维增强水泥基复合材料(Adaptively Distributed Polyvinyl Alcohol Fiber Reinforced Cement-based Composites,AD-PFRC)连续梁的抗弯性能数值模拟研究,对比分析了不同PVA纤维分布方式连续梁的应力云图及梁底部拉应力较大区域的合力。数值模拟结果表明:平均PVA纤维体积掺量为1.3%时,AD-PFRC的拉应力值相比PFRC明显提高,且达到极限荷载时,AD-PFRC梁跨中截面底部拉应力较大区域的合力相比PFRC提高了12%,AD-PFRC的PVA纤维增强作用明显提高。 Fibers-reinforcement is one of the effective methods for improving the tensile property of cement-based composites,and the crack resistance and toughness of which can also be enhanced by the incorporation of PVA fibers.The dosage of PVA fibers is adjusted according to the tensile stress of the component,which can utilize to the fiber′s full reinforcement,that is,the adaptively distributed PVA fiber reinforced cement-based composites(AD-PFRC).In order to study the enhancement mechanism of adaptively distribution of PVA fibers,numerical simulation of the flexural properties of continuous beams of adaptively distributed PVA fibers reinforced cement-based composites was carried out.The stress contour of continuous beams with different distributions of PVA fibers and the resultant force in the high tensile stress region at the bottom of the beam were compared and analyzed.As the result of numerical simulation shows,when the average volume fraction of PVA fibersis 1.3%,the tensile stress value of AD-PFRC is significantly higher than that of PFRC,and the resultant force in the high tensile stress area at the bottom of the midspan section of the AD-PFRC beam is 12%higher than that of PFRC beam when the ultimate load is reached.The PVA fiber reinforcement of AD-PFRC is significantly improved.
