摘要
以青海省湟源至西海高速公路桥梁下穿既有青藏铁路桥梁为工程背景,采用Midas GTS NX三维有限元软件,建立高速公路桥梁下穿铁路桥梁的三维有限元模型,模拟并计算了高速公路桥梁在施工过程对既有铁路桥梁的影响。研究结果表明:设计方案满足公铁交叉规范相应条文要求;新建高速公路桥梁对既有铁路桥梁墩顶产生的各方向附加位移最大值均小于规范限值;左右幅桥梁同时施工可以减小桥梁墩顶各方向附加位移,且有效减小了桥墩的偏压效果。新建公路桥梁下穿工程对既有青藏铁路产生的风险等级在可控范围内,该项目设计方案满足规范要求,总体可行。
Taking the Huangyuan to Xihai Expressway bridge crossing the existing Qinghai Tibet Railway bridge as the engineering background,Midas GTS NX three-dimensional finite element software was used to establish a three-dimensional finite element model of the expressway bridge crossing the railway bridge.The influence of the expressway bridge on the existing railway bridge during the construction process was simulated and calculated.The research results indicate that:the design scheme meets the corresponding provisions of the highway railway intersection specification;The maximum additional displacement in all directions caused by the construction of new highway bridges on the top of existing railway bridge piers is less than the standard limit;The simultaneous construction of left and right span bridges can reduce the additional displacement in all directions at the top of the bridge piers and effectively reduce the deflection effect of the piers.The risk level of the new highway bridge underpass project on the existing Qinghai Tibet Railway is within a controllable range.The design scheme of this project meets the regulatory requirements and is generally feasible.
