摘要
针对飞机总装测试自动化程度不高、测试效率较低等问题,设计了一套飞机动力系统硬件在环测试系统。基于功能需求,该系统下位机采用搭载NI-LinuxRT系统的实时仿真机,实现了硬件资源配置和信号传输;上位机以NI Veristand软件为基础,完成了测试用例开发与管理、实时模型开发与调用、设备驱动管理等任务,最终实现了及动力系统的实时在线仿真模拟。该系统为后续方便快捷完成地面功能试验测试,提高测试效率,提升测试自动化水平提供了研究方向。
A hardware in the loop testing system for aircraft power systems was designed to address issues such as low automation and low testing efficiency in aircraft final assembly testing.Based on functional requirements,the lower computer of the system adopts a real-time simulation machine equipped with the NI-LinuxRT system,achieving hardware resource configuration and signal transmission.The upper computer,based on NI Veristand software,completed tasks such as test case development and management,real-time model development and invocation,and device driver management,ultimately achieving real-time online simulation of the power system.This system provides a research direction for the convenient and efficient completion of ground function testing in the future,improving testing efficiency,and enhancing testing automation level.
