摘要
该文研制了一种微小气体流量在线校准装置,可用于工业生产、医疗卫生、环境监测等领域中不便于拆卸的微小气体流量被测仪器的在线校准。详细介绍了微小气体流量在线校准装置的原理、装置的构成、控制系统的设计及校准操作流程,最后通过性能测试验证了校准装置的准确度和可靠性,最后探讨了该装置的应用前景。
A small gas flow online calibration device has been developed,which can be used for online calibration of small gas flow measuring instruments that are not easy to disassemble in industrial production,medical and health,environmental monitoring and other fields.This article will provide a detailed introduction to the principle,composition,control system design,and calibration operation process of the online calibration device for small gas flow.Finally,the accuracy and reliability of the calibration device will be verified through performance testing,and the application prospects of the device will be discussed.
