摘要
福州市长乐区“三馆三中心”项目属于抗震不规则结构,为地下一层,地上建筑为底部6个独立单塔(四~五层)、顶部整体串联而成的连体结构。底部塔楼采用现浇钢筋混凝土框架-剪力墙结构,顶部两层连接体采用钢桁架结构。结构存在扭转不规则、楼板不连续、竖向构件不连续、尺寸突变等不规则情况,属于特别不规则结构。以该项目为例,基于抗震设计方法,采用YJK-Paco软件对模型进行弹塑性分析,对比了单塔模型和多塔模型的动力特性,分析了连体结构传力路径和特征;通过罕遇地震工况下时程分析,掌握了关键构件在大震作用下的工作状态,保证连体关键构件性能不遭受破坏。研究结果可为此类多塔复杂连接项目提供参考。
The"Three Museums and Three Centers"project in Changle District,Fuzhou City.It comprises one basement and an above-ground structure that is a conjoined construction of six independent single towers(ranging from four to five floors),with the towers interconnected at the top.The bottom towers utilize a cast-in-place reinforced concrete frame-shear wall structure,while the connecting structure of the top two floors employs a steel truss design.The structure exhibits various irregularities,including torsional irregularity,discontinuity in floor slabs,discontinuity of vertical components,and abrupt changes in size,classifying it as a particularly irregular structure.Taking this project as an example,this article employs the earthquake-resistant design approach and utilizes the YJK-Paco software to conduct an elastoplastic analysis of the model.It compares the dynamic characteristics of both the single-tower model and the multi-tower model,analyzing the force transmission paths and characteristics of the conjoined structure.Through time-history analysis under rare earthquake conditions,the working state of key components under strong earthquakes is understood,ensuring that the performance of the critical components of the conjoined structure remains uncompromised.This study provides valuable references for complex connection projects involving multiple towers of this kind.
