摘要
目的探讨甘露消毒丹加减治疗妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积综合征(ICP)的临床效果。方法选取2021年10月至2022年6月在江西省妇幼保健院就诊的60例ICP患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,每组各30例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,研究组给予甘露消毒丹加减治疗。比较两组患者的瘙痒程度评分,胆红素[总胆红素(TBil)、间接胆红素(IBil)、结合胆红素(DBil)],肝功能[丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)],并对两组患者不良妊娠结局进行观察。结果研究组治疗后的皮肤瘙痒评分及TBil、IBil、DBil水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的ALT、AST水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的不良妊娠结局总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论甘露消毒丹加减治疗ICP患者能改善患者临床症状及肝功能,缓解皮肤瘙痒程度,减少不良妊娠结局的发生。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of modified Ganlu Xiaodu Micropills in the treatment of intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy(ICP).Methods A total of 60 patients with ICP treated in Jiangxi Maternal and Child Health Hospital were selected as the research objects from October 2021 to June 2022,and they were divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the study group was treated with modified Ganlu Xiaodu Micropills.The scores of pruritus degree,bilirubin(total bilirubin[TBil],indirect bilirubin[IBil],direct bilirubin[DBil])and liver function(alanine aminotransferase[ALT],aspartate aminotransferase[AST])in the two groups were compared.And the adverse pregnancy outcomes in the two groups were observed.Results After treatment,the score of pruritus degree,levels of TBil,IBil and DBil in study group were lower than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of ALT and AST in study group were lower than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).and the total incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Ganlu Xiaodu Micropills can improve clinical symptoms and liver function,relieve pruritus and reduce the occurrence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in ICP patients.
