摘要
酥油茶作为藏族群众的日常饮品,通常被认为具有抗高原反应的功效。对酥油茶抗高反认识的形成、巩固与传播,涉及饮食文化的唯物性、饮食的政治经济学、饮食功能主义以及饮食社会心理等多种因素和机制。活跃在特定文化机制中的酥油茶,是一种物质实践活动与社会心理发展的必然结果,一定程度上成为中华民族共同体内集体意识建构过程与中华民族共同体文化的重要符号。
There are certain limitations to the traditional dietary anthropology of Chinese tea and its cul-ture.A more insightful understanding of Chinese tea culture can be obtained by fusing social psy-chology with conventional dietary anthropology.One of the traditional beverages that is popular on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau is butter tea.Tibetans think butter tea helps alleviate the effects of alti-tude sickness.Numerous elements contribute to this notion,including the political economy,functional-ism,materialism,and social psychology of diet culture.In the Chinese community,butter tea has somewhat taken on the significance of a communal consciousness as a result of material practice and social psychological growth.In an effort to boost Chinese cultures self-confidence and start a fresh academic conversation on Chinese dietary anthro-pology,this study reexamined the theoretical foundation of conventional dietary anthropology and ap-plied a novel interpretation of Chinese food culture.
