摘要
为研究有机栽培对SP_(2)当归成药特性的影响,实验采用单因素随机区组设计的方法,以纯有机肥为基肥,设有CK(不施肥),OM1(750 kg/hm^(2)),OM2(1500 kg/hm^(2)),OM3(2250 kg/hm^(2)),OM4(3000 kg/hm^(2)),OM5(3750 kg/hm^(2))6个处理。每个处理随机抽取30株,挂牌标记后测定SP_(2)代当归成药期生长发育动态(株高、株幅、叶长、叶宽)和返青率、叶绿素、氮含量等指标。结果表明:基施纯有机肥可显著提高SP_(2)代成药株高、株幅、叶长和叶宽,其中OM3处理的返青率最高,为95%,与CK相比,增长了14.15%;不同指标表明各处理整体在9月长势最好,达到最高值。就9月份各指标而言,株高、叶宽在OM1处理下最好,株幅、叶长、叶绿素和氮含量均在OM3处理下最好。对种苗7个性状综评显示,各施肥处理综合因子指数大小依次为OM3(0.9558)>OM1(0.6459)>OM2(0.6005)>CK(0.4858)>OM4(0.2269)>OM5(0.0317),说明当归移栽有机肥施用量以2250 kg/hm^(2)为宜。综上所述,当归经有机栽培后可增强其抗逆性,获得的抗逆成药株将是当归新品种选育的优异宝贵种质资源。
In order to study the effect of organic cultivation on the characteristics of SP_(2) Angelica sinensis,the experiment adopted the method of single factor randomized block design,with pure organic manure as the base manure,with six treatments:CK(no manure),OM1(750 kg/hm^(2)),OM2(1500 kg/hm^(2)),OM3(2250 kg/hm^(2)),OM4(3000 kg/hm^(2))and OM5(3750 kg/hm^(2)).30 plants were randomly selected from each treatment.After listing and labeling,the growth and development dynamics(plant height,plant width,leaf length and leaf width)and green returning rate,chlorophyll and nitrogen content of SP_(2) generation Angelica were measured.The results showed that the basal application of pure organic manure could significantly improve the plant height,plant width,leaf length and leaf width of SP_(2) generation.The rejuvenation rate of OM3 treatment was the highest,which was 95%,an increase of 14.15%compared with CK;Different indicators show that the overall growth of each treatment is the best in September,reaching the highest value.As for the indexes in September,the plant height and leaf width were the best under om1 treatment,and the plant width,leaf length,chlorophyll and nitrogen content were the best under OM3 treatment.The comprehensive evaluation of 7 personality traits of seedlings showed that the comprehensive factor index of each manure treatment was OM3(0.9558)>OM1(0.6459)>OM2(0.6005)>CK(0.4858)>OM4(0.2269)>OM5(0.0317),indicating that the appropriate amount of organic manure for Angelica sinensis transplanting was 2250 kg/hm^(2).In conclusion,the stress resistance of Angelica sinensis can be enhanced after organic manure,and the stress resistant patent medicine plant will be an excellent and valuable germplasm resource for the breeding of new varieties of Angelica sinensis.
