摘要
介绍了水泥厂大型磨机采用绕线式电动机驱动及液体变阻器启动时,利用电动机实用转矩公式计算液体变阻器阻值的思路及方法。以球磨机为例,对比分析了按照液体变阻器说明书参考公式计算液体变阻器电阻值与采用电动机实用转矩公式计算液体变阻器初始外接电阻值的精确度及电动机启动时间。采用电动机实用转矩公式计算的电阻值更为精确,电动机启动时间更短,能够有针对性地选择和确定启动转矩值,充分利用电动机的电磁转矩特性,减少启动冲击过程,使设备运行更加平稳;同时,可有效改善液体变阻器的发热情况,缩短调试时间。需注意的是,计算平方转矩负载的启动时间时,由于其转矩随速度的升高而变大,可以采用平均负载转矩的方法近似计算启动时间。
This paper introduces the calculation method of using the practical torque formula of the electric motor to calculate the resistance value of the liquid starter in cement plant for large equipment like large mills.Taking a ball mill as an example,the comparative analysis was performed for the accuracy of the initial external resistance value and the starting time of the motor using motor practical torque formula and reference calculation formula in the liquid starter manual.The resistance value calculated by the motor's practical torque formula is more accurate,and the motor start time is shorter,which can be selected and determined,make full use of the motor's electromagnetic torque characteristics,reduce the starting impact process,and make the equipment run more stable.And at the same time,it can effectively improve the heating situation of the liquid starter and shorten the commissioning time.It should be noted when calculating the starting time of the square-torque load such as the fans,the starting time can be approximately calculated by using the average load torque.
