摘要
目的探讨新生儿重症监护室(NICU)早产儿给予母亲心音联合语音刺激对其体格发育的影响。方法选取2021年1月至2022年6月于南京医科大学附属儿童医院NICU接受治疗的86例早产儿为研究对象,按随机数字表法分2组,每组43例。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上给予母亲心音联合语音刺激进行干预,比较2组的体格发育情况、进奶量和家长的护理满意度。结果观察组出生后第5、10天的头围分别为(32.76±1.57)cm、(33.78±1.68)cm,对照组分别为(31.89±1.53)cm、(32.71±1.71)cm,观察组出生后第5、10天的头围大于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组出生后第5、10天的身长分别为(45.98±2.71)cm、(46.83±2.77)cm,对照组分别为(44.71±2.51)cm、(45.45±2.63)cm,观察组出生后第5、10天的身长长于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组出生后第5、10天的体重分别为(2109.59±136.81)g、(2389.71±146.71)g,对照组分别为(2002.63±132.27)g、(2215.59±143.28)g,观察组出生后第5、10天的体重重于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组出生后第5、10天的进奶量分别为(181.15±38.67)mL、(371.76±55.97)mL,对照组分别为(141.26±32.66)mL、(313.57±46.24)mL,观察组出生后第5、10天的进奶量多于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的家长护理满意度为95.35%,高于对照组的74.42%(P<0.05)。结论NICU早产儿给予母亲心音联合语音刺激进行干预,能优化早产儿的体格发育,增加住院期间的进奶量,提高家长的护理满意度。
Objective To investigate the effect of maternal cardiac sound combined with voice stimulation on physical development of premature infants in neonatal intensive care unit(NICU).Methods Totally 86 premature infants who were treated in the NICU of Children’s Hospital of Nanjing Medical University from January 2021 to June 2022 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 43 cases in each group.All patients were managed by routine nursing intervention,and those in observation group additionally received maternal cardiac sound combined with voice stimulation.The physical development,milk intake,and parents’satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The head circumference in the observation group was significantly greater than that of the control group(on the 5th day after birth:32.76±1.57 cm vs 31.89±1.53 cm;on the 10th day after birth:33.78±1.68 cm vs 32.71±1.71 cm;P<0.05).The body length in the observation group was significantly longer than that of the control group(on the 5th day after birth:45.98±2.71 cm vs 44.71±2.51 cm;on the 10th day after birth:46.83±2.77 cm vs 45.45±2.63 cm;P<0.05).The body weight in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(on the 5th day after birth:2109.59±136.81 g vs 2002.63±132.27 g;on the 10th day after birth:2389.71±146.71 g vs 2215.59±143.28 g;P<0.05).The milk intake in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(on the 5th day after birth:181.15±38.67 mL vs 141.26±32.66 mL;on the 10th day after birth:371.76±55.97 mL vs 313.57±46.24 mL;P<0.05).The parents’satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(95.35%vs 74.42%,P<0.05).Conclusion For premature infants in NICU,maternal cardiac sound combined with voice stimulation can optimize physical development,increase milk intake during hospitalization,and improve parents’satisfaction.
