摘要
目的了解并分析深圳地区体检人群中甲状腺相关激素的异常水平及甲状腺功能异常、发病情况。方法选择2020—2022年华中科技大学协和深圳医院10755例体检人群,通过对甲状腺功能三项[游离甲状腺素(FT_(4))、游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT_(3))、促甲状腺激素(TSH)]的水平检测,分析不同年龄、性别的甲状腺功能异常、发病情况。结果在10755例体检人群中,甲状腺功能异常898例,总发病率为8.3%;在4种甲状腺疾病中,其中甲亢162例,占比为1.5%;亚临床甲亢229例,占比为2.1%;甲减33例,占比为0.3%;亚临床甲减474例,占比为4.4%。女性甲状腺功能异常发病率为11.1%,高于男性的4.9%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。31~40岁、41~50岁、51~60岁、≥61岁女性的亚临床甲减发病率高于男性,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);41~50岁女性的甲亢、亚临床甲亢、甲减发病率高于男性,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);31~40岁、≥61岁女性的甲亢发病率高于男性(P<0.05)。结论深圳地区体检人群的甲状腺功能异常发病率较高,女性高于男性,并且亚临床甲减最为高发,因此有必要做好甲状腺异常的筛查工作,早发现、早治疗。
Objective To understand and analyze the abnormal levels of thyroid-related hormones and thyroid dysfunction and morbidity in the physical examination population in Shenzhen area.Methods A total of 10755 people who underwent physical examination in Huazhong University of Science and Technology Union Shenzhen Hospital from 2020 to 2022 were selected.The detection levels of three thyroid functions[free thyroxine(FT_(4)),free triiodothyroionine(FT_(3))and thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH)]were used to analyze the thyroid dysfunction and incidence of different ages and genders.Results Among 10755 cases of physical examination population,898 cases of thyroid dysfunction,the total incidence rate was 8.3%;among the four thyroid diseases,162 cases were hyperthyroidism,accounting for 1.5%;there were 229 cases of subclinical hyperthyroidism,accounting for 2.1%;hypothyroidism in 33 cases,accounting for 0.3%;there were 474 cases of subclinical hypothyroidism,accounting for 4.4%.The incidence of thyroid dysfunction in women was 11.1%,which was higher than that in men(4.9%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of subclinical hypothyroidism in females aged 31-40 years old,41-50 years old,51-60 years old and≥61 years old was higher than that in males,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of hyperthyroidism,subclinical hyperthyroidism and hypothyroidism in females aged 41-50 years old were higher than those in males,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of hyperthyroidism in females aged 31-40 years old,≥61 years old was higher than that in males(P<0.05).Conclusion The incidence of thyroid dysfunction in the physical examination population in Shenzhen area is relatively high,which in women is higher than that in men,and the incidence of subclinical hypothyroidism is the highest.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct proper screening for thyroid abnormalities to ensure early detection and treatment.
