摘要
在中国式现代化进程中推动民族地区共同富裕实践,是社会主义的本质要求,是高质量发展的内在诉求,也是中国共产党民族工作的出发点和落脚点。当前民族地区推进共同富裕战略的实现目标,“富民”是核心、“共建”是前提、“共享”是目的,然而民族地区经济发展不充分,区域发展不平衡、人均收入和城乡收入不平衡性较大。民族地区应强化落实“富民”核心各项制度安排,先富带后富共奔富裕路;布局优化新发展格局产业链条,塑造“共建”协同发展共同体;推进民族地区教育提质培优重点改革,“共享”人才发展的成果。
Promoting the common prosperity in ethnic regions in the process of Chinese Modernization is the essential requirement of socialism,the inherent demand of high-quality development,and the starting point and ultimate goal of the work of the Communist Party of China.At present,in the implementation of the strategy of common prosperity in ethnic regions,"enriching the people"is the core,"joint contribution"is the premise,and"shared benefits"is the purpose.However,the economic foundation of ethnic regions is weak and there exists relatively large regional disparity,urban-rural disparity and per capita disposable income disparity.Ethnic regions should implement various institutional arrangements with"enriching the people"as the core,encourage those who have got prosperous first to help others catch up.More specifically,efforts should be made to optimize the industrial chain of the new development pattern and to jointly build a collaborative development community;key reforms to improve the quality of education in ethnic regions should be promoted and achievements in talent development should be shared.
