基于磁流变阻尼器电梯张力控制研究

摘要 电梯高速运行过程中的张力控制是当前高速电梯领域急需解决的关键问题。为此,将磁流变阻尼器作为控制器,对电梯的张力进行控制研究。选用Bouc-Wen模型建立磁流变阻尼器的动力学模型,并建立基于磁流变阻尼器的电梯系统张力控制方程,分析电梯运行过程的张力变化。分析结果表明,含有磁流变阻尼器的电梯系统张力减小得更为明显,说明磁流变阻尼器在电梯系统中能够有效控制电梯系统的张力波动。文章提供的基于磁流变阻尼器控制电梯张力的方法,为进一步研究电梯系统的张力抑制提供了一定参考价值。 The tension control in the process of high-speed elevator is the key problem to be solved urgently in the field of high-speed elevator.For this reason,Magnetorheological Damper is used as controller to control the tension of elevator.The dynamic model of magnetorheological damper is established by using Bouc-Wen model,and the tension governing equation of elevator system based on magnetorheological damper is established to analyze the tension variation of elevator during operation.The analysis results show that the tension of the elevator system with magnetorheological damper decreases more obviously,which indicates that magnetorheological damper can effectively control the tension fluctuation of the elevator system.The control method of elevator tension based on magnetorheological damper provided in this paper provides some reference value for further research of elevator system tension suppression.
