基于加速溶剂萃取-气相色谱质谱法测定汽车座椅皮革中的多环芳烃

Determination of Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons in Automobile Seat Leather by Accelerated Solvent Extraction and Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry

摘要 采用加速溶剂萃取的方法提取汽车座椅皮革中的多环芳烃,利用气相色谱联用质谱采集数据,建立了汽车座椅皮革中18种多环芳烃的分析方法,并对色谱质谱分析参数和加速溶剂萃取条件进行优化。结果表明,在10~1000μg/L浓度范围内,18种多环芳烃目标物的峰面积与质量浓度呈现良好的线性关系,相关系数(R2)范围为0.9995~0.9999,方法检出限为0.01~0.03 mg/kg。3个不同加标水平下的加标回收率为78.0%~101.8%,相对标准偏差为0.7%~8.3%。该方法简便快捷、准确度高,适用于汽车座椅皮革中多环芳烃的测定。 The polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs)in automobile seat leather were extracted by accelerated solvent extraction,and the data were collected by Gas Chromatography-mass Spectrometry.The analytical method of 18 PAHs in automobile seat leather was established.The analysis parameters of GC-MS and the conditions of accelerated solvent extraction were optimized.The results show that between 10~1000μg/L within the concentration range,the peak area and mass concentration of 18 PAHs present a good linear relationship.The correlation coefficient(R2)range is 0.9995~0.9999,the detection limit of the method is 0.01~0.03 mg/kg.Under three different levels of spiking,the recovery rate of spiking is 78.0%~101.8%,and the relative standard deviation is 0.7%~8.3%.The method is simple,rapid and accurate,and suitable for the determination of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in automobile seat leather.
