摘要
目的探讨创伤复苏室结合信息化绿色通道在急诊危重创伤患者救治中的应用。方法回顾分析2016年11月—2022年10月于江苏省人民医院急诊就诊的856例危重创伤患者,将创伤复苏室结合信息化绿色通道运行前412例危重创伤患者(其中Ⅰ级创伤108例,Ⅱ级创伤304例)设为对照组,运行后的444例危重创伤患者(其中Ⅰ级创伤123例,Ⅱ级创伤321例)设为试验组;比较两组不同分级患者抢救中各时间节点、急诊滞留时间、抢救费用及抢救成功率。结果创伤复苏室结合信息化绿色通道后不同分级患者抢救中各时间节点、急诊滞留时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)、抢救成功率优于对照组(P<0.05),Ⅰ级创伤抢救费用优于对照组(P<0.05),Ⅱ级创伤抢救费用无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论创伤复苏室结合信息化绿色通道在危重创伤患者救治中可明显缩短各时间节点及急诊滞留时间,提高抢救成功率,降低Ⅰ级创伤患者抢救费用,保障急诊工作安全。
Objective To explore the application of trauma resuscitation room combined with informationized green channel in the treatment of emergency patients with critical trauma.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 856 patients with critical trauma who were treated in the emergency department of our hospital from November 2016 to October 2022.412 patients with critical trauma before the operation of the trauma resuscitation room combined with the informationized green channel were set as the control group(108 patients with grade Ⅰ trauma and 304 patients with grade Ⅱ trauma).After operation,444 patients with critical trauma were setinto the experimental group(123 patients with grade I trauma and 321 patients with grade Ⅱ trauma).The nodes of each time period,emergency retention time,rescue cost and rescue success rate of the two groups were compared.Results After trauma resuscitation room combined with the information green channel,the time nodes and emergency retention time of different grades of patients in rescue were significantly shorter than that of control group(P<0.05),the success rate of rescue was better than that of control group(P<0.05),the rescue cost of gradeⅠtrauma was better than that of control group(P<0.05),and the rescue cost of gradeⅡtrauma had no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of critical trauma patients,the combination of trauma recovery room and information green channel can significantly shorten each time node and emergency detention time,improve the success rate of rescue,reduce the rescue cost of gradeⅠtrauma patients,and ensure the safety of emergency work.
