摘要
进入新时代,为加快推进教育强国建设,党和国家围绕高水平高校参与教师队伍建设出台了一系列政策,为打造高素质专业化创新型教师队伍赋能提质。这些政策蕴含政治逻辑、内容逻辑和实践逻辑,在“三重逻辑”的共同作用下,力求协同推动高水平高校实质性参与教师队伍建设。然而,囿于功利主义思维、“学术性”与“师范性”纷争以及模糊化培养模式的存在,高水平高校参与教师队伍建设仍需扫除障碍、破除壁垒。高水平高校应以教师培养的本真价值为引领,革新评价体系以走出功利思维“泥淖”;秉持创新驱动理念,竭力探索新时代“创新型教师”培养路径;始终坚持开放联动,多元主体共筑“雁阵型”互动培养模式,进而推动现代化教师队伍的高质量建设。
In the new era,in order to accelerate the construction of an education powerful country,the Party and the state have introduced a series of policies around the participation of high-level universities in the construction of the teaching staff,empowering and improving the quality of building a high-quality,professional and innovative teaching team.These policies work together in the"three-logic",political logic,text logic and practical logic,strive to promote the substantive participation of high-level universities in the construction of the teaching staff.However,trapped in utilitarian thinking,the debate between"academic"and"teacher-training",and the existence of vague training models,high-level universities still need to remove obstacles and break down barriers in participating in the construction of teacher teams.High-level universities should take the true value of teacher training as the guide,innovate the evaluation system,and get rid of the"quagmire"of utilitarian thinking;Adhering to the concept of innovation driven,striving to explore the training path of"innovative teachers"in the new era;Always adhere to the open and interconnected approach,and build a"wild goose formation"interactive training model with multiple subjects,thereby promoting the high-quality construction of a modern teaching team.
