摘要
综述了近年来的C_(9)馏分分离技术,包括环戊二烯分离技术、苯乙烯分离技术、混合芳烃分离技术的研究应用进展。重点阐述了采用解聚—精馏的方法分离环戊二烯的操作条件和技术优势,分析了反应精馏、加氢等新型工艺的特点,并指出工艺流程的优化、反应精馏技术的开发、萃取精馏技术的开发、加氢技术的应用等方面是未来C_(9)馏分分离工艺的发展方向。
The separation techniques for C_(9)fraction in recent years were reviewed,including the research and application progress in the separation of dicyclopentadiene,styrene,and mixed aromatics.Emphasis was placed on the operational conditions and technical advantages of using depolymerization-distillation methods for the separation of dicyclopentadiene.The characteristics of new processes such as reactive distillation and hydrogenation were analyzed.Besides,it stated that the optimization of process workflows,the development of reactive distillation,the development of extractive distillation,and the industrial application of hydrogenation technology would become the directions for the separation of C_(9)fraction in the future.
