高校思政课混合式教学的困境与对策

摘要 混合式教学有利于提升思政课教师的教学能力,增强师生互动,激发教学的动态生成,提升思政课的吸引力和实效性。当前,混合式教学面临以下困境:教师参与思政课混合式教学主动性不强、在线课程建设水平不高、教师的素质和能力偏低、教学质量监控不全面和考评机制不完善等。因此,本文提出如下对策:提升任课教师的专业素质和信息化水平;积极推动“实践课堂”创新;开发优质网络教学资源,加强思政课的吸引力;加强教学质量监控和考评改革。 Mixed teaching is conducive to improving the teaching ability of ideological and political course teachers,enhancing the interaction between teachers and students,stimulating the dynamic generation of teaching,thus improving the attractiveness and effectiveness of ideological and political course.Influenced by various factors,mixed teaching faces the following difficulties:teachers’enthusiasm for participating in mixed teaching of ideological and political courses is insufficient,the level of online course construction is not high,teachers’quality and ability need to be improved,teaching quality monitoring is not comprehensive and the evaluation mechanism is not perfect.Therefore,to break through this dilemma,we must constantly improve the political and professional quality of teachers and high-quality professional teams,actively promote the innovation of"practice class",develop and utilize high-quality network teaching platform resources,and strengthen the teaching quality monitoring and evaluation reform.
