摘要 随着环境保护意识和可持续理念日益深入人心,纺织印染行业因高水耗、高能耗面临着环境管理挑战、质量控制的需求以及能源与资源管理的压力,影响了企业的可持续发展。基于大数据分析的纺织印染管控系统可以通过对海量生产数据进行实时采集、分析和反馈,为纺织印染行业提供一个高效、智能的管理手段。通过基于大数据分析的纺织印染管控系统需求分析、系统架构设计、数据库和功能模块的详细设计,以及全面的系统测试,为纺织印染行业构建一个可靠的管控系统,助力企业实现生产优化、资源高效利用。 With the growing awareness of environmental protection and the concept of sustainability,the textile printing and dyeing industry is facing challenges of environmental management,the need for quality control,and the pressure of energy and resource management due to its high water and energy consumption,which affects the sustainable development of enterprises.The textile printing and dyeing control system based on big data analysis can provide an efficient and intelligent management tool for the textile printing and dyeing industry through real-time collection,analysis and feedback of massive production data.Through the textile printing and dyeing control system based on big data analysis of demand analysis,system architecture design,detailed design of the database and functional modules,as well as a comprehensive system testing,in order to build a reliable control system for the textile printing and dyeing industry,to help enterprises to achieve the purpose of production optimisation and efficient use of resources.
