Public hospital is an important administrative institution,and internal control management is the cornerstone of efficient operation and refined management of public hospitals.By strengthening internal control,the management efficiency can be improved,the risk prevention capabilities can be enhanced,the medical quality and safety can be ensured,and the sustainable development of hospitals can be promoted.Public hospitals should use the information management system to build a scientific,timely and effective internal control system to ensure information security.The construction of internal control informatization will help improve management efficiency,break down information barriers,realize the integration of medical,financial,asset and other data,and provide a strong guarantee for the high-quality development of hospitals.
