摘要
公司焦炉烟囱脱硫设施采用的脱硫工艺是炭基催化剂脱硫工艺,经过2个月的调试运行,公司自行对脱硫设施进行环保竣工验收,采用了定电位电解法、非分散红外光谱吸收法和紫外吸收法分析方法对固定污染源二氧化硫浓度进行监测和对比,发现三种分析方法测出的二氧化硫浓度相差很大。分析发现焦炉烟气中含有CO、H_(2)S等无机气体以及甲烷、乙醇、苯、酚类等几十种有机气体,这些物质在使用定电位电解法和非分散红外光谱法进行检测时对二氧化硫的监测结果干扰较大,而对使用紫外吸收法进行检测时影响不大。
The desulfurization process of the desulfurization facility about the company's coke oven chimney was carbon-based catalyst.After 2 months of commission and operation,the company had carried out environmental protection completion acceptance of the desulfurization facility by itself,the constant-potential electrolysis,non-dispersive infrared spectroscopy absorption and ultraviolet absorption method was used to monitor and compare the concentration of sulfur dioxide in fixed pollution sources,and it was found that the concentration of sulfur dioxide measured by these three analysis methods differ a lot.The analysis found that the coke oven flue gas contains inorganic gases such as CO and H_(2)S,as well as dozens of organic gases such as methane,ethanol,benzene and phenols,and it showed that those organic gases had a large interference on monitoring results of sulfur dioxide when using constant-potential electrolysis,non-dispersive infrared spectroscopy absorption method,bud had little effect on the detection when using the UV absorption method.
