摘要 2023年,全球能源行业在调整重塑中渐进式复苏,总体上呈现出能源价格整体回落、能源供需基本平衡和能源转型稳妥推进的3个特征。介绍影响全球能源行业发展的主要原因,分析全球和中国的能源行业发展特点和展望,提出促进全球能源行业发展的建议。主要观点:(1)2023年,受地缘政治、气候变化、低碳转型和技术变革等多重因素的影响,全球能源行业的发展环境日趋复杂;(2)经历2022年地缘政治风险冲击,各国对能源安全的重视明显增强,对能源转型的认识更趋于理性;(3)中国统筹能源安全与转型发展,以构建新型能源体系为契机,在推动自身能源行业高质量发展的同时,也在积极促成全球能源合作和推动全球能源转型。 Global energy industry was gradually recovering from adjustment and restructuring in 2003.Generally speaking,resumption showed three characteristics–energy prices declining,energy demand and supply basically in balance and energy transition steadily in progress.This paper briefs about the main factors influencing global energy industrial development,analyzes both global and Chinese energy industrial development characteristics and prospects,and comes up with the suggestions for promotion of global energy industrial development.It includes a series of viewpoints.(1)The environment of global energy industrial development was increasingly complicated in 2023 owing to the impact of some factors,such as geopolitics,climatic changes,low-carbon transition,and technological revolution.(2)Following the impact of geopolitical risks in 2023,various countries paid more and more attention to energy security with reasonable awareness of energy transition.(3)China made unified efforts for energy security and transitional development and used establishment of the new-type energy system as an opportunity to accelerate global energy cooperation and global energy transition while promoting high-quality development of its own energy industry.
