摘要
目的查看消毒供应中心对外来医疗器械全程质量管理的应用效果。方法择取我院骨科外来医疗器械作为本文调查样本,共收取480件,将其随机分为对照组和实验组,其中对照组的240件外来医疗器械采用医院消毒供应中心(CSSD)传统模式进行清洗消毒灭菌;实验组的240件外来医疗器械实施全程质量管理后清洗消毒灭菌;数据评价包括:不同管理模式应用于外来医疗器械清洗灭菌效果,通过问卷的方式来分析医护人员对器械使用的满意情况。结果实验组清洗合格率为98.3%、性能完好率为99.2%,灭菌合格率100%;对照组的清洗合格率为91.7%、性能完好率为94.2%,灭菌合格率97.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组的科室满意度为98.3%高于对照组85.0%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=27.994,P<0.05)。结论消毒供应中心对外来医疗器械实施清洗灭菌期间采用全程质量管理,可明显提高外来医疗器械的清洗灭菌质量,有效保证外来医疗器械的临床安全使用。
Objective To investigate the application effect of the total quality management of foreign medical devices in the disinfection supply center.Methods A total of 480 foreign orthopedic instruments in our hospital were selected as samples for this study,which were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group.Two hundred forty foreign medical devices in control group were cleaned,disinfected and sterilized by the traditional CSSD mode,and 240 foreign medical devices in experimental group were cleaned,disinfected and sterilized after the total quality management.Data evaluation included:the effect of different management models applied to the cleaning and sterilization of foreign medical devices,and the satisfaction of medical staff with the use of medical instruments was analyzed by questionnaire.Results The results showed that in the experimental group the qualified rate of cleaning was 98.3%,the perfectness rate of performance was 99.2%,and the qualified rate of sterilization was 100%.In the control group,the qualified rate of cleaning was 91.7%,the perfectness rate of performance was 94.2%,and the qualified rate of sterilization was 97.5%.The difference in the proportion of data was significant(P<0.05).The department satisfaction of the experimental group was 98.3%,which was higher than 85.0%of the control group.The above data analysis and comparison showed that the advantages of the experimental group were more obvious,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusions In CSSD the total process quality management can significantly improve the cleaning and sterilization quality of foreign medical instruments,and effectively ensure the clinical safety of foreign medical instruments.
