摘要
节能降耗,降低运营成本是保障农村供水工程长期良性运行的关键。本文简要分析了浙江省农村供水工程在电耗、药耗和水耗三个方面的现状问题。重点阐述了村镇供水节能降耗技术研究进展,包括通过优化供水泵配置、水泵提效改造等方法降低电耗,通过优化加药方式、构筑物改造等方法降低药耗;通过完善运行模式、提升管网维护水平以降低水耗等。分析表明,现行的节电措施主要是对加压系统进行改造,针对性强、节能效果好,但成本高;现行的节省药耗、水耗措施则侧重应对不同原水状况和供水需求的精细管控,适用面广,效益明显,但对运行维护要求高。建议未来加强设备研发、自动化升级和管理效能提升等方面的研究以促进浙江省农村供水绿色发展。
Energy saving and consumption reduction is the key to reduce operational costs,and ensure long term positive operation of rural water supply.This paper briefly analyses the existing problems of electricity,chemical and water consumptions in rural water supply of ZheJiang Province.Relevant researches and technical measures were overviewed from three aspects,including reducing electricity consumptions by optimizing water supply pumps configuration and pump retrofit,reducing chemical consumptions by improving adding mode and structure renovation,and reducing water consumptions by upgrading the operation and maintenance level of water-treatment facilities and pipeline networks.The analysis showed that current measures to save electricity consumptions mainly involve upgrading the pressurization system,which has characteristics with targeted and high efficiency,but costs highly.Current measures to reduce chemical and water consumptions mainly focus on dealing with various raw water conditions and supply needs by precision control,which has wide applicability and obvious benefits,but requires high standard management.It was suggested to strengthen the research in pump development,automation upgrading and management competence improving in the future,in order to promote the sustainable development of rural water supply in Zhejiang Province.
