摘要 随着中国双碳目标的提出以及全国碳市场的快速发展,探索碳市场环境下电力系统的发展和优化调度策略具有十分重要的意义。以电力系统最小化成本和碳排放量为目标,提出了一种基于低碳经济优化调度的电-碳联合需求响应改进策略,该策略将碳排放权交易市场中的碳成本引入到需求响应目标中,通过日前模拟优化调控的方法,获得系统各节点参与需求响应的最优策略。研究结果显示,所提改进策略能够在满足需求响应要求的条件下有效减少碳排放。 With the proposal of China’s“Dual-carbon”target and the rapid development of national carbon market,it is of significance to explore the development and optimal dispatching strategy for power system under the carbon market environment.In this paper,an improved strategy for electricity-carbon joint demand response based on the optimal dispatching of low-carbon economy is proposed with the objective of minimizing the power system’s cost and its carbon emissions.In this strategy,the carbon cost in the carbon emission rights trading market is introduced into the demand response objective,and the optimal strategy for each node in the system to participate in demand response is obtained through the method of day-ahead simulation and optimal regulation.The research results show that the improved strategy proposed in this paper can effectively reduce carbon emissions under the condition of meeting the demand response requirements.
