基于改进加速模型的三元乙丙橡胶贮存寿命预测

Storage Life Prediction of EPDM Based on Improved Aging Model

摘要 通过恒定应力加速老化试验方法对三元乙丙橡胶进行四个不同应力量级的高温加速贮存试验,预测三元乙丙橡胶的贮存寿命。三元乙丙橡胶在80 ℃、90 ℃、100 ℃、110 ℃四种应力量级高温加速贮存试验后出现性能退化。高温加速贮存试验的应力量级越高,三元乙丙橡胶性能退化越快。采用改进的Arrhenius模型对三元乙丙橡胶老化模型进行拟合,得到常温贮存条件(20 ℃)下三元乙丙橡胶贮存寿命为18年。 Storage accelerated aging test of ethylene-propylene-diene monomer rubber(EPDM)was conducted in four different temperatures by using constant stress test method to predict storage life of EPDM.After accelerated aging test at temperatures of 80℃,90℃,100℃ and 110℃,performance degradation are found on the EPDM.The higher the stress of high-temperature storage accelerated aging test is,the faster the performance of EPDM degrades.By fitting aging model of EPDM with improved Arrhenius model,storage life of EPDM at room temperature(20℃)isevaluatedupto18years.
