摘要
人才的培养与储备是我国冰雪体育长足发展的根本保障和有力支撑。现阶段我国冰雪体育人才面临数量不足、质量参差不齐、结构失衡和流动失序等多重问题。高校作为冰雪体育人才输出的主阵地,既面临我国冰雪体育人才数量缺口的现实挑战,又面临市场需求与学科培养范式的兼容性差、匹配度低、高精尖专业人才稀缺的实然困境,亟待创新适切的人才培养模式。在总结人才培养取得的成绩与存在的实际问题与局限性的基础上,创新构建“产、学、研”一体化背景下高校冰雪体育人才“3+3”培养模式,提出“产、学、研”多元主体在共建实体合作组织的基础上,确立将组织关注重点、组织人员流动、组织活动创新作为核心要素,从宏观层面理念体系与顶层设计的架构、中观层面合作框架与体制机制的搭建、微观层面育人环节与培养形式的创新等三个层面入手,着力构建一个产学互动、校企结合、学产促研的冰雪体育人才培养新模式。
The training and reserve of talents is the fundamental guarantee and strong support for the long-term development of ice and snow sports in China.At this stage,China's ice and snow sports talents are facing multiple problems such as insufficient quantity,uneven quality,structural imbalance and disorderly flow.Higher education institutions,as the main position of ice and snow sports talent output,are faced with the realistic challenge of the shortage of ice and snow sports talent in China,and at the same time,they are faced with the real dilemma of poor compatibility between market demand and disciplinary cultivation paradigm,low degree of match,and scarcity of high-precision and sharp professionals,and urgently need to innovate appropriate talent cultivation mode.On the basis of summarizing the achievements and practical problems and limitations of talent cultivation,we innovatively constructed the"3+3"cultivation mode of ice and snow sports talents in colleges and universities under the background of integration of"production,learning and research",and put forward the proposal of"production,learning and research"multiple subjects in the context of"production,learning and research"and the"3+3"cultivation mode.It is proposed that on the basis of the co-construction of entity cooperation organization,the multiple subjects of"industry,learning and research"should focus on the focus of the organization,the mobility of the organization personnel and the innovation of the organization activities as the core elements,and make efforts to build an industry-academia interaction,school-enterprise combination,and learning-industry-industry-industry innovation by constructing a conceptual system and the top design at the macro-level,the construction of the cooperation framework and the system mechanism at the mid-level,and the innovation of the nurturing link and the cultivation form at the micro-level.We are striving to build a new model of cultivating talents in ice and snow sports through the combination of industry-university interaction,school-enterprise cooperation,learning-industry research.
