摘要
蒙古栎是中国北方常见乡土树种,具有极高的经济与生态价值。由于社会发展需要与蒙古栎自身特性问题,中国蒙古栎育种研究工作起步较晚,现主要集中于种源试验、优树选择、有性生殖、无性繁殖、分子育种等方面,其中无性繁殖与分子育种进展较为缓慢。本综述从以上几个方面对中国蒙古栎遗传改良工作进行系统性论述,以期为蒙古栎遗传改良研究工作提供借鉴。
Quercus mongolica,a common native tree in northern China,is of extremely high economic and ecological value.The breeding research of Quercus mongolica in China started relatively late due to the needs of social development and the features of Quercus mongolica itself,and now it mainly focuses on provenance testing,selection of superior trees,sexual reproduction,asexual reproduction,and molecular breeding,among which the research progress of asexual reproduction and molecular breeding is relatively slow.The review systematically discusses the genetic improvement of Quercus mongolica in China from the above aspects,to provide a reference.
