摘要
目的:探讨综合保温措施对腹腔镜结肠癌根治术中体温及麻醉复苏的影响。方法:将60例行结肠癌根治术患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组患者采用常规保温措施,观察组患者采用综合保温措施,比较2组患者术前、术中、术毕时体温以及恢复自主呼吸时间、苏醒时间和拔管时间,比较2组患者术中低体温、寒战和躁动围手术期并发症发生情况。结果:观察组患者术中、术毕体温与术前比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),对照组患者术中、术毕体温低于术前,观察组术中术毕体温高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者自主呼吸、苏醒时间以及拔管时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者低体温、寒战、躁动发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:综合保温措施能够保持患者腹腔镜结肠癌根治术中体温稳定,促进术后麻醉复苏,降低围手术期并发症发生率。
Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive warming measures on body temperature and anesthesia resuscitation during laparoscopic radical resection of colon cancer.Methods Total 60pa-tients with radical resection of colon cancer were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 30cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional warming measures,while the observation group was treated with comprehensive warming measures.The body temperature be-fore operation,during operation and at the end of operation,the recovery time of autonomous respiration,a-wakening time and extubation time were compared between the two groups.The perioperative complica-tions of intraoperative hypothermia,shivering and restlessness were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the intraoperative and post-operative body temperature and the pre-operative body temperature in the observation group(P>0.05),while the intraoperative and post-operative body temperature was lower than the pre-operative body temperature in the control group,and the intraoperative and post-operative body temperature in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The recovery time of autonomous respiration,awakening time and extubation time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of hypothermia,shivering and restlessness in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive warming measures can keep the body tempera-ture stable during laparoscopic radical resection of colon cancer,promote postoperative anesthesia recovery,and reduce the incidence of perioperative complications.
