静配中心应用优化院感控制管理对提高输液质量的价值 被引量:1

Value of Optimizing Hospital Infection Control Management in the Application of Intravenous Infusion Center to Improve Infusion Quality

摘要 目的 探讨静配中心应用优化院感控制管理对提高输液质量的价值。方法 将赤峰市医院静配中心在2021年1—12月未曾应用优化院感控制作为对照组,2022年1—12月执行优化院感控制作为研究组。对比观察静配中心优化院感控制管理前后差异,结合环境物品检测合格情况、药品配置情况,分析其对输液质量的影响。结果 研究组生物安全柜、紫外线灯、水平层流台、无菌药品、洁净室空气合格率均为100%,高于对照组的73.3%、66.7%、66.7%、70.0%、73.3%(P<0.05);研究组的输液质量优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 在静配中心采用优化院感控制后,能够进一步提升环境物品检测合格率,有效降低配药差错事件的发生,提高输液质量,效果较好。 Objective To explore the value of optimizing hospital infection control management in improving infusion quality through the application of intravenous infusion center.Methods The intravenous infusion center,Chifeng Municipal Hospital did not apply optimized hospital sense control from January to December 2021 as the control group,and implemented optimized hospital sense control from January to December 2022 as the study group.The differences before and after the optimization of hospital infection control management in the intravenous infusion center were compared and observed,and the impact on infusion quality was analyzed based on the qualified environmental product testing and drug configuration.Results The qualified rates of biosafety cabinet,ultraviolet lamp,horizontal laminar flow table,sterile drugs and clean room air in the study group were 100%,higher than 73.3%,66.7%,66.7%,70.0%and 73.3%in the control group(P<0.05).The infusion quality of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion By adopting optimized hospital infection control in the intravenous infusion center,the qualified rate of environmental item detection can be further improved,the occurrence of dispensing errors can be effectively reduced,and the quality of infusion can be improved.The effect is good.
