摘要
单纯性肥胖症是一种常见的慢性代谢性疾病,其发生、发展与体质类型相关,以痰湿质、气虚质、阳虚质、气郁质、湿热质、血瘀质为主,重视体质调理是中医防治该病的一种临床诊疗思路。穴位埋线作为治疗该病的特色疗法,通过补泻手法、线体种类规格及穴位特异性发挥补虚泻实、调和气血、调理脏腑的作用,进而减轻体质量、调理体质。文章通过系统梳理针灸治疗肥胖的古今文献,对中医体质与肥胖的相关研究进行归纳总结,分析穴位埋线影响体质及减肥效应的作用因素,根据患者体质差异探讨相应埋线治疗方案,以期为穴位埋线减肥开拓思路,提高减肥降脂的临床疗效,使辨体论治更好地应用和推广。
Simple obesity is a common chronic metabolic disease,and its occurrence and development are related to the type of constitution.Simple obesity is predominantly diagnosed with phlegm-damp constitution,Qi-deficiency constitution,Yang-deficiency constitution,Qi-stagnation constitution,dampheat constitution and blood-stasis constitution.Attaching importance to constitution conditioning is a clinical diagnosis and treatment idea for traditional Chinese medicine prevention and treatment of the disease.Acupoint catgut embedding,as a characteristic therapy for the treatment of the disease,plays the role of tonifying deficiency and reducing excess,reconciling Qi and blood,regulating viscera through reinforcing and reducing methods,type and specification of the line body and specificity of the acupoint,thus losing weight and regulating physique.The paper systematically sorts out the ancient and modern literature of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of simple obesity to summarize the relevant studies of traditional Chinese medicine constitution and obesity,and to analyze the factors affecting the constitution and weight loss effect of acupoint catgut embedding.It discusses the corresponding treatment plans of acupoint catgut embedding according to the differences in patients'constitution,to develop the thought for acupoint catgut embedding in weight loss,and to improve the clinical effect of weight loss and lipid lowering,in order that the treatment of body discrimination can be better applied and promoted.
