基于即时检测的新型冠状病毒核酸检测技术应用及研究进展

摘要 即时检测(point-of-care testing,POCT)是便捷、快速和低成本的检测手段,顺应了高效率和快节奏的社会运转模式,满足了人们对快速检测的需求,被广泛应用于临床诊疗、口岸检疫和疾病防控等领域。目前,POCT已由干化学法、免疫层析等传统技术向生物传感器、生物芯片等新型技术发展,并在新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)疫情中新型冠状病毒(SARS-CoV-2)的快速检测和筛查中发挥了重要作用。本文归纳了POCT技术在基于核酸检测的COVID-19诊断方面的应用研究,为传染病防控和临床诊治提供参考。 Point-of-care testing(POCT) is a convenient,fast and low-cost testing technology,which conforms to the efficient and fast-paced social operation mode and satisfies needs for rapid diagnosis. POCT has been widely used in clinical diagnosis and treatment,port inspection,disease prevention and control,and other fields. At present,POCT has developed from traditional technologies(dry chemistry and immunochromatography) to new technologies(biosensors and biochips),and has played an important role in the rapid detection and screening of SARS-CoV-2 in COVID-19epidemic. This article shared recent advances in POCT-bested testing for COVID-19,in order to provide more diagnostics in response to the ongoing pandemic.
