摘要
在100~300℃成形温度开展了AZ31B镁合金薄板差温剪切旋压实验,并分析研究了温度对成形工件微观组织和力学性能的影响规律。结果表明:AZ31B板材在150~300℃具有良好的差温剪切旋压成形性;150℃成形时,工件微观组织中以变形孪晶为主,晶界分布着亚微米级再结晶晶粒,随着温度上升,再结晶体积分数增加,在250、300℃成形时,获得完全动态再结晶组织。工件在200℃成形后获得最佳综合力学性能,在150℃旋压后工件强度最高。
The differential temperature shear spinning experiment of AZ31B magnesium alloy sheet was carried out at the forming temperature of 100-300℃,and the effect of temperature on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the formed workpiece was analyzed and studied.The results show that AZ31B sheet has good differential temperature shear spinning formability at 150-300℃;when it is deformed at 150℃,deformation twins are dominant in the microstructure of the workpiece,and submicron recrystallized grains are distributed at the grain boundaries.With the increase of temperature,the volume fraction of recrystallization increases.When it is formed at 250 and 300℃,a fully dynamic recrystallization structure is obtained.The workpiece formed at 200℃obtains the best comprehensive mechanical properties,and the workpiece spinned at 150℃has the highest strength.
