基于响应面法的一体式过辊结构优化设计

摘要 为满足涂布机一体式过辊的使用要求,针对过辊结构的设计参数与整体性能,基于响应面法与DOE实验设计方法,建立了一体式过辊结构优化设计参数化仿真模型。重点探索了极片包角对辊面挠度的影响规律,得到了两者的关系曲线,确定了在极片张力为400 N时一体式过辊的最佳极片包角为62°。基于响应面法的参数化结构优化设计方法简化了一体式过辊结构设计选型与校核过程,为类似结构件设计与工程应用提供了参考依据。 In order to satisfy the performance requirements of the integrated roller in coating machine,a parameterized simulation model for the optimization of the integrated roller structure is established according to the design parameters and the performance of the roller structure based on the response surface method and DOE(design of experiment)method.The influence of pole piece angle on the deflection of roller surface is discussed emphatically,and the relation curve between pole piece angle and the deflection of roller surface is obtained.The results show that the best angle of pole piece is 62 degrees when the tension is 400 N.By this method,the process of design,selection,and verification about integrated roller structure is simplified,which provides a reference for the design and engineering application of similar structural components.
