摘要
目的分析左甲状腺素钠片治疗妊娠合并亚临床甲状腺功能减退症(亚临床甲减)临床疗效及对母婴结局的影响。方法选取74例妊娠合并亚临床甲减患者,根据治疗方法不同分为对照组(采用常规治疗)与研究组(在常规治疗基础上联合左甲状腺素钠片治疗),每组37例。对比两组治疗效果。结果研究组治疗总有效率97.30%高于对照组的78.38%(P<0.05)。研究组治疗后的血清促甲状腺激素水平低于对照组,游离四碘甲状腺原氨酸水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组治疗后的血清甲状腺过氧化物酶抗体阳性率、甲状腺球蛋白抗体阳性率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组不良结局发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论左甲状腺素钠片治疗妊娠期合并亚临床甲减患者,可提升临床疗效,改善甲状腺功能,从而保证母婴安全,降低不良妊娠结局发生率。
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of levothyroxine sodium tablets in the treatment of pregnancy complicated with subclinical hypothyroidism(subclinical hypothyroidism)and its influence on maternal and infant outcomes.Methods 74 pregnant patients with subclinical hypothyroidism were selected and divided into control group(conventional treatment)and study group(combined with levothyroxine sodium tablets on the basis of conventional treatment)according to different treatment methods,37 cases in each group.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 97.30%higher than that of the control group(78.38%)(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum thyrotropin(TSH)level of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the free tetraiodothyronine(FTa)level was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The positive rates of serum thyroid peroxidase antibody(TPOAb)and thyroid globulin antibody(TGAb)in the study group after treatment were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse outcomes in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Levothyroxine sodium tablets in the treatment of patients with subclinical hypothyroidism during pregnancy can improve clinical efficacy,improve thyroid function,ensure maternal and child safety,and reduce the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes.
