用户关联汽车仪表板载荷谱正向开发方法研究

摘要 以用户关联技术为理论依据,调查访问汽车用户,找到仪表板在使用过程中存在的主要问题。通过分析仪表板总成工作时的载荷特点及影响因素,以广汽某轿车的汽车试验场实测载荷谱为基础,根据累积疲劳损伤理论和载荷外推理论对载荷谱样本数据中的载荷信息进行编辑处理,生成试验加速谱。按照损伤等效原理,对载荷信号进行转化使之可用于实际台架试验加载。最后,通过建立仪表板台架试验,输入加速载荷谱。试验中出现了与用户关联市场调研中一致的失效模式,复现并验证了仪表板目前存在的主要市场问题,从而建立了台架试验载荷谱与实际载荷之间的关联,进一步验证了该加速谱的合理性和有效性。 This article takes user association technology as the theoretical basis to investigate and interview automotive users and identify the main problems that exist in the use of instrument panel by users.By analyzing the load characteristics and influencing factors of the instrument panel assembly during operation,based on the measured load spectrum of a certain car test site in GAC,the load information in the load spectrum sample data is edited and processed according to the cumulative fatigue damage theory and load extrapolation theory,and the test acceleration spectrum is generated.According to the damage equivalence principle,the load signal is transformed so that it can be used for actual bench test.Finally,by establishing an instrument panel bench test and inputting an acceleration load spectrum,failure modes consistent with those found in user related market research were identified during the test.The main market issues currently existing in the instrument panel were replicated and verified,thereby establishing a correlation between the bench test load spectrum and the actual load,further verifying the rationality and effectiveness of the acceleration spectrum.
