摘要
随着装配式钢结构的发展,加气条板作为主流的墙板体系,在钢结构中得到了广泛的应用。加气条板外墙通常与玻璃、石材、金属幕墙组合应用,加气条板外墙应用的高度和外窗尺寸通常突破现有图集规范的要求。某医院综合楼的外围护墙上的窗户跨度最大达到了42.5 m,无法根据常规方式进行施工,对复杂蒸压加气条板外墙的抗风、抗震、保温、隔气等功能进一步研究,形成了蒸压加气条板在钢结构复杂外墙系统施工方法。
With the development of prefabricated steel structures,aerated strips as mainstream wall panels have been widely used in steel structures.Exterior walls composed of aerated strips are usually combined with glass,stone and metal curtain walls,and their heights and window dimensions often exceed the values in the current drawings and specifications.The outer parapet wall of the complex building in a hospital,with the window span more than 42.5 m,cannot be constructed in a conventional way.The wind resistance,seismic resistance,heat preservation and steam insulation of the complex exterior wall composed of autoclaved aerated strips were further studied,and the construction technology of autoclaved aerated strips was developed for exterior wall systems of steel structures.
