耳穴压豆联合电子生物反馈治疗失眠症的效果

摘要 目的探讨耳穴压豆联合电子生物反馈治疗失眠症的效果。方法选取2022年1月至2023年6月在江西省九江市第五人民医院住院的90例失眠症患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为A组、B组和C组,每组各30例。A组给予电子生物反馈治疗,B组给予耳穴压豆治疗,C组给予耳穴压豆联合电子生物反馈治疗。比较三组患者治疗前后的匹茨堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分。结果三组患者治疗4周后的PSQI、HAMD、HAMA评分均低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。C组患者治疗4周后的PSQI、HAMD、HAMA评分低于A组和B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗4周后A组与B组患者的PSQI、HAMD、HAMA评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论耳穴压豆联合电子生物反馈治疗对失眠症患者的睡眠改善有更好的治疗效果。 Objective To explore the effect of auricular acupoint pressing beans with electronic biofeedback on insomnia.Methods A total of 90 patients with insomnia who were hospitalized in the Fifth People's Hospital of Jiujiang,Jiangxi Province from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into Group A,Group B and Group C,with 30 cases in each group.Group A was given electronic biofeedback therapy,group B was given auricular acupoint pressing beans therapy,and group C was given auricular acupoint pressing beans with electronic biofeedback therapy.The Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI),Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)and Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMD)were compared between the three groups before and after treatment.Results After 4 weeks of treatment,the PSQI,HAMD and HAMA scores of the three groups were lower than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the PSQI,HAMD and HAMA scores of group C were lower than those of group A and group B,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,there were no significant differences in PSQI,HAMD and HAMA scores between group A and group B(P>0.05).Conclusion Auricular acupressure combined with electronic biofeedback therapy has a better therapeutic effect on sleep improvement in patients with insomnia.
