微信平台结合以案例为基础的教学应用于肿瘤内科护理教学中对学生临床思维能力的影响

Influence of wechat platform combined with case-based learning teaching on students′clinical thinking ability in medical oncology nursing teaching

摘要 目的分析微信平台结合以案例为基础的教学(CBL)教学应用于肿瘤内科护理教学中对学生临床思维能力的影响。方法选取2022年1月至6月在潍坊医学院附属医院肿瘤内科实习的33名护生作为对照组,实行常规教学。选取2022年7月至2023年1月在潍坊医学院附属医院肿瘤内科实习的33名护生作为观察组,予以微信平台结合CBL教学。比较两组护生的出科成绩、临床思维能力及综合素质能力。结果观察组护生教学结束后的理论知识与实践技能的考核成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组护生教学结束后的临床思维能力评分表评分均高于对照组,且观察组护生教学结束后的临床思维能力评分表评分、护生临床实习综合素质能力评定表评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微信平台结合CBL教学应用于肿瘤内科护理教学中可取得显著效果,不仅能提高护生的出科成绩,而且还能增强其临床思维能力及综合素质能力。 Objective To analyze the influence of wechat platform combined with case-based learning(CBL)teaching on students'clinical thinking ability in medical oncology nursing teaching.Methods Thirty-three cases of nursing students who were practiced in the Department of Medical Oncology,Shandong Affiliated Hospital of Weifang Medical University from January 2022 to June 2022 were selected as the control group,and routine teaching was carried out.Thirty-three cases of nursing students who were practiced in the Department of Medical Oncology,Shandong Affiliated Hospital of Weifang Medical University from July 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the observation group,and wechat platform combined with case-based learning(CBL)teaching was given.The clinical thinking ability and comprehensive quality ability of nursing students in the two groups were compared.Results After teaching,the assessment scores of theoretical knowledge and practical skills of nursing students in the observation group were higher than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of clinical thinking ability in the two groups were higher than those in the control group,and the scores of clinical thinking ability and the comprehensive quality and ability assessment form for clinical practice of nursing students after the teaching were higher than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of wechat platform combined with CBL teaching in the teaching of medical oncology nursing can achieve remarkable results,which can not only improve the graduation results of nursing students,but also enhance their clinical thinking ability and comprehensive quality ability.
