摘要
基于目标导向教育(OBE)教育理念的社会体育指导与管理专业课程体系优化是教育深化改革的必然结果.围绕OBE教育理念下的课程体系优化展开研究,能够为社会体育指导与管理专业的发展提供有益的理论参考价值.在解读OBE教育理念的基础上,通过分析社会体育指导与管理专业课程体系建设的现状,提出了课程体系优化策略:加强实践性课程的设置、增强课程设置的针对性和灵活性、根据就业市场需求调整课程设置、促进跨学科融合并构建完整的课程体系.
The optimization of the curriculum system for social sports instruction and administration based on the outcome-based education(OBE)educational concept is an inevitable result of educational deepening reform.Research on the optimization of the curriculum system under the OBE educational concept can provide valuable theoretical reference value for the development of the social sports instruction and administration major.Based on interpreting the OBE educational concept,optimization strategies are proposed by analyzing the current situation of the curriculum system construction for the social sports instruction and administration major,which are strengthening the setting of practical courses,increasing the purposefulness and flexibility of courses,adjusting course settings according to job market demand,promoting interdisciplinary integration,and constructing a complete curriculum system.
